Sunday Worship

You’re welcome to join us on Sundays at 10.00 am, when we gather to worship God, encourage faith, pray for one another, celebrate life’s special moments and learn more of God’s ways with us. We enjoy a mix of contemporary Christian music, as well as classic hymns.

Children & Families

We give your children the opportunity to learn more about God in a safe and secure environment in the company of other children. The crèche caters for infants and toddlers up to age 3, Bubbles for children aged 3 to around 6, Oasis for ages 7 to around 11 (School Years 3-6), and Edge for ages 12 to around 14 (School Years 7-9).

Youth

Currently, at Upper Hutt Baptist, some of our youth attend other youth groups during the week as we don’t have enough for our own mid-week group.  We provide a space to learn and engage on Sundays as part of our family service.  We also have strong connections with other Baptist church youth groups and combine for events and camps as part of Baptist Youth Ministries (BYM).  This includes Easter Camp, leadership training over King’s Birthday weekend, Intermediate Camp, and a couple of other camps during the year.
